Hypnosis

Hypnosis is a form of meditation, guided by a practitioner to help clear unwanted behaviours programmed deep in the subconscious. It is a gentle process that can help with phobias, addictions, behavioural issues and traumas. 

Energy Healing & Rebalancing

Energy healing originates in Chinese medicine thousands of years ago when they discovered energy pathways in the body called meridians or what we refer to as chakras. These chakras can become unbalanced due to stress, emotional and physical traumas which can lead to destructive patterns showing up in other areas of life including relationships and work. Energy healing sessions involve deep re-attuning of the energy centres, allowing you to let go of what no longer serves you.

Meditation 

Meditation is a practice that many have difficulty in mastering. I work with clients who want to learn how to meditate in many different ways in order for it to fit naturally into their daily lives. Meditation is deeply effective for lowering cortisol, the fight or flight response and the accessing of the parasympathetic nervous system in order to allow the physical body and mind to heal from stress.
